A Russian system for preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up of arthroplasty. The Hip2D and Knee2D modules: hip and knee planning from radiographs, component selection, printing of the result and postoperative follow-up. An RZN registration certificate is held.

Digital radiographs in DICOM/JPEG/PNG and a Ø25 mm calibration sphere in the anatomical plane of interest. For the hip, an AP view of the pelvis/hip (axial/lateral if required); for the knee, AP and lateral views.

A sphere of known diameter (25 mm) allows the scale of the radiograph to be calibrated so that component sizes are selected correctly. It must lie in the anatomical plane of interest.

Yes. Planning results are stored under the physician's account — you can return to the case, superimpose the plan and the postoperative result, and use the materials for scientific publications.
