Bonabyte custom-made medical devices are designed for a specific clinical task on the basis of imaging studies (CT, radiographs) and the treating physician's plan. The applicability of any device depends on:

- The patient's individual anatomy
- The condition of the soft tissues
- The surgical access and operative plan
- Other clinical factors
The final decision on the use of a device is made by the treating physician on the basis of a clinical assessment of the patient's situation.
## Use of the website
You undertake:

When using Bonabyte software products (BonaPlanner 2D, BonaPlanner 3D and others):

- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service
## Liability
**The Company is not liable for:**
- Direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website

- Loss of data or breaches of security caused by the user's actions
- Clinical results or patient treatment outcomes
The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount of payments received from the User, where applicable.
